Sticky material is a big chanllenge for sidewall belting especially for muck unloading process. 

QBF developed special rubber compound coated on the surface of base belt and cleat with the water spray support from the conveyor system.

After testing it meets with user's satisfactory and QBF got 8 orders for this project.
