▶ Installation Method

The three-in-one ceramic wear lining offers two installation methods by bolting or welding. During installation, mark lines and drill holes at the installation position (it can be installed according to the original hole positions without the need for additional holes). Use special welding equipment to weld the bolts onto the steel back plate, then install the lining plate and tighten the bolts. The installation process is flexible and convenient, requiring no additional tools or equipment. Stud welding is safe and reliable, so even if the lining plate is damaged, it is not easy to fall off.

The three-in-one ceramic wear lining adopts modular production and assembly, making disassembly and replacement simple. During maintenance, only the parts with heavy wear or impacted by large materials need to be replaced.
